UK Insurance Business & IT Transformation
A complex business separation of a large UK General Insurance business from its parent retail owner and simultaneous technology separation from a high street retail Bank. Under deep PRA/FCA scrutiny, S&A, led by our founding Partner, were engaged to rescue a failing £120m+ programme, implement new leadership, governance, assurance and change capabilities and fix major failings with key suppliers. A 3yr programme ultimately moved this well know insurance business from forced regulatory run-off to successful trade sale, whilst netting the parent company £100m’s in legal compensation from their original outsourced supplier in a public high court case.
