Kerry Wardlaw, our Head of PMO Centre of Excellence (CoE), is a seasoned Business Change professional with a wealth of experience in the Financial Services and Insurance sector.
She is passionate about PMO and leads a specialising team, covering all levels of PMO from Administrators to strategic Planners and everything in between.
The core purpose of her role is to lead the team to support our clients with improved probability of successful delivery for all key stakeholders, by providing effective quality and delivery assurance. As well as this, working hand in hand on clients’ accounts, in consulting roles and offering PMO as a Service.
